Masoud Shafa is a well-known entrepreneur, founded Charity Foundation in 2011 and continues to lead the foundation with a mission to reduce poverty through socio-economic development, provide charities and turned his full attention in global water crisis.

His ambition is to help orphans and widows since he lost his Father in a very young age, he continues his father (Abdul Fatah Shafa) mission to help people in need. Now, we are excited to begin in (2022) with a new strategic plan. During the past (1) decade, Masoud Shafa Charity Foundation (MSCF) has achieved significant progress in all spheres of its activities; nevertheless, we established the goals to achieve remarkable results in consideration of major programs in humanitarian aid, education, health and Nutrition, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), Electricity and Solar Power System.

We aimed in line with Islamic values which instruct us to respect and serve the humanities and encourage us to give a hand to those who in need by way of Islam that calls for involvement in practice good deeds, kindness, doing charity and at the same time unity and good social solidarity. “Charity does not decrease wealth, no one forgives another except that Allah increases his honor, and no one humbles himself for the sake of Allah except that Allah raises his status.” We welcome everyone to please join us in our journey, our community needs you, and as we work together our mission is possible! MSCF, a non-profit and non-governmental organization, focuses on providing crucial aid to those affected by conflict and disaster in Afghanistan. Our mission encompasses emergency relief, education, healthcare, child care, water well drilling, and implementing solar-power solutions.

We welcome volunteers without requiring specific experience or certifications. Your energy and skills can significantly contribute to our efforts in delivering essential services and infrastructure to communities in need.
